Shipping policy
We dispatch our cod orders as soon as we recieve them, and delivery time period for them are 3-6 days.
Prepaid orders are processed and dispatched within 2 days of ordering and gets delivered within 5-8 days.
Delivery may delay in some exceptional cases.
Super Fast Shipping Policy
Our Super Fast Shipping service is available for an additional fee and aims to deliver eligible orders within 1–2 business days after dispatch. Please note that all orders require up to 24 business hours for processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or non-working days may experience additional processing time and will be dispatched on the next available business day. For example, orders placed on Friday may be processed over the weekend and dispatched on Monday.
If we fail to dispatch your Super Fast Shipping order within 24 business hours of successful payment, the Super Fast Shipping fee will be refunded upon request. However, once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are dependent on the courier partner and local delivery network. Delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, transportation issues, regional service limitations, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for a refund of the shipping fee, and we cannot be held liable for such delays.
Urgent orders need to be done through instagram page and informed 7 days before you want it delivered
We use delhivery, xpressbees, dtdc, ekart, shadowfax as our delivery partners, as well as the trackings are sent right after dispatch to your email so don't forget to attach your email address while ordering.
NOTE: IF WE HAVE DISPATCHED THE ORDER AND THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT RECIEVE THE PACKAGE AT THEIR FAULT AND IT IS RETURNED BACK TO US THEN THE CUSTOMER IS LIABLE FOR ANY FURTHER CHARGES OF THE SHIPMENT FOR RE-SEND, AS WELL AS THE RETURN CHARGE COSTS THAT HAS OCCURED TO US ON THEIR BEHALF.
No refunds will be issued if we have dispatched the parcel, and due to customer mistake it has been returned back to us. It will only be re-dispatched after the customer has paid the penalty
